預訂前打電話問過説是兩個床可以移動拼起來的 於是住進去之後床根本移動不了 我們帶兩個孩子根本住不下去 打電話給前台送一個枕頭和一床被子 也沒有 導致一晚上都沒睡好 房間熱水很燙 都移到熱水這邊了還是很燙 衞生間也很臭 早餐不用説了 那個牛奶不知道摻入多少開水下去 一點奶味都沒有 這麼大酒店連牛奶都不捨得給客人喝 反正很糟糕 花錢買罪受

隔音超級超級差 到現場特惠大床房要加20升級窗户在外面（不升級的話窗户在過道），升級完 隔壁一對男女晚上11點半在唱歌 12點開始*********都聽的一清二楚 後面男的呼嚕聲聽了一夜。投訴電話打了兩次 都沒有改善。不會再來了!!!

設施：空調非常不給力，暖氣效果差

環境：隔離十分的差，隔壁上個廁所沖水都能聽的到
服務：有兩個大堂也不註明，走過去了又被叫過來了。入住也不説明有ab幢，點個外賣，放a幢了，找前台叫人去問，就看了下也不敲門問，硬是讓我叫外賣小哥回去找，人外賣小哥大老遠跑過來了，被a幢客人拿進去了，前台騙我説客人休息了，壓根就沒問，非常的不負責任！
