設施環境：對第一次來洛陽的遊客體驗很差，你們應該在攜程投了不少錢吧，同等價位今天在市裡看到很多比貴店性價比好的。第一眼看到萬達店想着在商圈就訂了，結果呢，酒店在建材城裡，沒有固定車位，自己找地方停！離洛陽市區還有三十多公里，得虧是自駕，也怪我沒仔細看。旁邊是有個萬達，這萬達也就一般商場水平。 衞生：客房特別大！客房床品、浴袍質感不錯、衞浴毛巾都是塑封的，很好很乾凈！這個要肯定！！ 服務： 1.入住當天的一位小姐姐接待很禮貌友好，帶着介紹房間，加分項！謝謝這位員工吧。 2.晚上的時候有送來水果小零食和果茶，大姐也很禮貌。 3.第二天早上退房的時候辦理的前台擺個臭臉，影響心情。 本來不想好評的，但想想還是算了，如果差評了對那兩位友好禮貌的員工不公平。

出差總是去回郭鎮，之前住的賓館的環境一言難盡，前兩天在**上看到中州宜居賓館重新裝修，就報着試一試的態度結果讓我非常驚喜，環境啥的都沒得説，關鍵是物有所值，下次出差還會選擇中州宜居

Bed and pillows are comfortable for my sleep. Location is very convenient - subway is just below the hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful with my enquiries.

The staff at the reception are very friendly although they can ‘t speak English but they tried to use device to communicate. I have made the request to check out late and they offered us with kindness hospitality. We received special gifts and made me impress. I liked the pillows and bed it is clean and made me have a good sleep likes home. The location of the hotel is perfect because It is near the Metro just 5 min walk. The street which opposite of the hotel is street good. I tried Peking duck is very nice! The hotel is between the old town and Shui and Tang Palace, bus station is 2 min walk.

It took some time to find the place. Opening the map in Amapd showed the location behind the first row of shops. But eventually we learned you have to enter some coffee shop to get into the hotel. The coffee shop says Once artistic inn at the top bit they often have a small laundry truck backed up to the entrance so you pass around without seeing the signature. Other than that the place was fine, 'japanese' room was a bit run down. There is a restaurant on the patio with a nice grilled display in the evening, but we didn't know to scan the menu with WeChat. Bus to Longmen is across the crossroads and the one coming back stops just opposite the hotel.

When booking the room, I didn't book breakfast because I was not sure about the pick-up time for the day trip. Before arriving at the hotel, I received a notification from the tour guide that the pick-up time was 7:30, so I booked breakfast on site. It was a good deal and had a discounted price. The room facilities are okay, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there is a shower. The pillow should be a buckwheat pillow, not soft or hard, and very comfortable to sleep on. There are many sockets and USB charging ports, which is very convenient.

Children can sleep on it. You can ask for a quilt from the front desk. This is really good. 3. The breakfast is very rich, as shown in the picture below, much better than the breakfast at the All Seasons Hotel. 4. The service attitude is very good. When I left, I asked the front desk for children's toothbrushes and gave me two. There is a public laundry room, because washing and drying take time, and the waiters can help fold it and send it back to the room, which is really great! 5. The toiletries are of good quality. 6. The disadvantage is that the toilet does not have a heating function. It would be better if this could be improved.
