I have stayed many times and the service here is still the same. I got off the highway and walked for a few minutes. Opposite the park is a good environment. Free coffee and milk tea are provided in the lobby, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast was a very rich buffet. When I checked out, the young lady at the front desk gave me two bottles of mineral water for me to drink on the road.

The hotel is very good, the same as the promotional picture. The service is really superb: I originally booked for two nights, but on the first night, my lover's foot was injured and I couldn't walk. I could end the trip early and check my body. After reflecting to Ctrip's customer service, the hotel immediately agreed to refund the room rate for the next day in full. The two young ladies at the front desk enthusiastically helped me find a nearby pharmacy to buy drugs late at night to avoid worsening the injury. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Luoyang. I wish the hotel business is booming and financial resources are abundant
