The staff at the reception are very friendly although they can ‘t speak English but they tried to use device to communicate. I have made the request to check out late and they offered us with kindness hospitality. We received special gifts and made me impress. I liked the pillows and bed it is clean and made me have a good sleep likes home. The location of the hotel is perfect because It is near the Metro just 5 min walk. The street which opposite of the hotel is street good. I tried Peking duck is very nice! The hotel is between the old town and Shui and Tang Palace, bus station is 2 min walk.

It took some time to find the place. Opening the map in Amapd showed the location behind the first row of shops. But eventually we learned you have to enter some coffee shop to get into the hotel. The coffee shop says Once artistic inn at the top bit they often have a small laundry truck backed up to the entrance so you pass around without seeing the signature. Other than that the place was fine, 'japanese' room was a bit run down. There is a restaurant on the patio with a nice grilled display in the evening, but we didn't know to scan the menu with WeChat. Bus to Longmen is across the crossroads and the one coming back stops just opposite the hotel.

The design style of the hotel is warm and comfortable. The mattress pillows are very comfortable. The brand is used. There are drum washing machines and dryers on the 3rd floor of the hotel. It is especially convenient for our family to travel. The transportation is convenient, and it is only a few minutes away from Yingtianmen Luoyi Ancient City by taxi. The front desk staff is very warm and it is a pleasant stay!

First of all, the service of the guy and girl at the front desk is very attentive and attentive. The breakfast upstairs has fewer styles but tastes delicious. I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Before arriving at the hotel, I received a notification from the tour guide that the pick-up time was 7:30, so I booked breakfast on site. It was a good deal and had a discounted price. The room facilities are okay, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there is a shower. The pillow should be a buckwheat pillow, not soft or hard, and very comfortable to sleep on.
