Luoyang Jianxi District 5-star Hotels

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

The entire 12F floor has been renovated (renovation). I chose to stay on 12F this time. The wide view of the city makes you feel comfortable. 3) Hardware (dry goods): A properly serviced hotel (check-in), air filter, humidifier, smart toilet, towels to bed sheets, dust-free, odorless, clean and tidy, all hotel supplies are complete with just a few more ❤️Enthusiasm! ! 4) Service: The hotel welcomes guests courteously, pays great attention to customer needs, and is completely responsive to requests (I have stayed in many hotels and I can definitely get this 👍). The hotel will also give many little surprises to guests who come in... Last 1 Picture haha! 5) Meals: You can enjoy free fruits, drinks, and dairy products every day. The buffet breakfast (Chinese and Western) is quite rich, and the Chinese food is most worth trying: 1. Tofu 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, 2. Beef fried dumplings 🌟🌟🌟🌟, 3. Beef soup (optional tripe) 🌟🌟🌟. 6) Cost: Value for money!

Bed and pillows are comfortable for my sleep. Location is very convenient - subway is just below the hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful with my enquiries.

The staff at the reception are very friendly although they can ‘t speak English but they tried to use device to communicate. I have made the request to check out late and they offered us with kindness hospitality. We received special gifts and made me impress. I liked the pillows and bed it is clean and made me have a good sleep likes home. The location of the hotel is perfect because It is near the Metro just 5 min walk. The street which opposite of the hotel is street good. I tried Peking duck is very nice! The hotel is between the old town and Shui and Tang Palace, bus station is 2 min walk.

Thanks to Xiao Zhao and Xiao Tian at the front desk for their thoughtful service and enthusiasm. The hotel is convenient. There is a public bus and Wangfujing is a three-minute walk away. It is convenient. Routes 2 and 6 go directly to Luoyang Station. Route 60 goes directly to Longmen. Take the high-speed rail Also convenient. Good reviews, clean room

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel is strategically located at Jiefang Road subway station, with a large parking lot and many parking spaces. The service is standard and enthusiastic, and very friendly. The hotel facilities are slightly old but they do not affect normal use. The design of part of the floor in the room lower than the bed floor is not very suitable. If you are not careful, there is a risk of falling. It's a pity that I didn't eat breakfast because I had to rush to Longmen Grottoes. Overall it's worth recommending.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The Peony Square subway station is just downstairs. It is very convenient to take the subway to Yingtianmen, Lijingmen and Jiefang Road. In the evening, downstairs is the Guangzhou Road Night Market, which is very lively. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a small gift for check-in, as well as a handwritten welcome letter. It was my first time to visit Luoyang, and I felt that Luoyang's cultural and creative industries are very good, and the hotels in Luoyang are also very good. The room is spacious and well-decorated. It is very convenient to have a tea table. I will recommend it to my friends and will choose here again next time I visit.

I was unexpectedly upgraded to a first-class room. It was very big, and the bathroom was also very big. The shower and toilet were separated. There is a green forest outside the window, and you can actually see magpies playing in the trees. One window is a bit broken and a bit old, but it doesn't affect the overall situation. There are actually various books to read in the room and in the corridor. I didn't expect that I read one every night. The location is very good, very close to the Longmen High-speed Railway Station. There may be road problems and a detour to the hotel. It feels like it takes 10 minutes to drive, but it really doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get to the high-speed railway station from the hotel. It's just past the main road at the door. The nearby Metro Line 2 is also very close, no more than 500 meters away. The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and the service is great.

The room is not big, the facilities are old, and the price triples during holidays. Most importantly, the front desk service is too bad, especially the staff in dark blue overalls who are on duty at the front desk at 7:40 in the morning on October 4, 2023. , has a very bad temper and strong emotions, and needs to be coaxed by customers. Wouldn’t recommend this place!
