3-Star Hotels in Luoyang

We had a wonderful stay at Moxy YiShu Cultural district in Xian last week. Design of the hotel is a step forward from 'old school' & is full of vitality. Its central location right next to the Bell Tower is so convenient to visitors. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Joy from the front desk took us to the bus stop after work to ensure that we could find our way the subsequent morning. Her colleagues at the front desk working the morning shift are equally helpful in working out WeChat payments with us. The team really made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend Moxy to anyone visiting Xian.

I love Ibis, but this Ibis is the best because of the wonderful lady on the reception, her name is CICI. Thank you very much for your help 😌 i felt home 🏡 Ibis hotel overall is good, that's we know))) location is amazing, not far away from Louyang Longmen railway station 🚉 and near a big Mall. It was noisy, but after 23:00-24:00 became silent.

The stay experience is very comfortable, the hotel facilities are complete, and the details are well handled. I am very satisfied. 3. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is soft and comfortable, which made me sleep very soundly. 4. The hotel staff were very warm and thoughtful, making me feel the warmth of home. 5. Both the room facilities and service quality are very satisfactory and the hotel's performance is perfect. 6. The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, making you linger. 7. Booked for two nights and booked a standard room at the beginning. Really, it was too uncomfortable, there was no window, I blamed myself for not being optimistic when I booked. I communicated with the store, made up the difference, and replaced it with a suite. The store service is very good and easy to communicate. The suite is on the 3rd floor, with windows at high and low, and the air circulation is not depressed. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the attractions, and there are many places to eat and drink. Because of the reason for the room change, the store's corporate WeChat has been added. It recommended a lot of shopping and eating. It is very intimate. The privacy of the bathroom is low, the bathroom window is more transparent, I don't understand it, and the toilet is a smart toilet, and five-star hotels may not have it. There is also this breakfast, eggs, powdered milk soy milk, steamed buns, meat buns, two plates of fruit cutting, which is all the options here, it is a pity that the food is tasteless. The price is here, and you really don't have any hope for too good hardware facilities.

The location is easy to find, the hotel parking fee is 10 yuan overnight. The room is average, there is no big bed, only high windows. The location is about 1.85m.  The soundproofing effect of the room is not ideal. At around 2 o'clock in the night, a group of people next door drank and cried, and they couldn't sleep. It is recommended that the room be equipped with earplugs. Breakfast is some pickles, and eggs. Bean sprouts and greens.

Service: I can’t say there is any special service. When I asked, I was told that the coffee is no longer available. The hotel is located in the ancient city. Because the ancient city only opens at nine in the morning, you can enjoy the tranquility in the morning when you stay there.

Very good, the room is large, the hot water is large, there is a massage chair and a small refrigerator, the bathroom and shower are separated, there is a pick-up station service, the delivery is Master Jia, the attitude is very good, take the initiative to help us with the luggage, the boss wants to add chicken legs to Master Jia. In fact, the hotel's service is in place, intimate, much better than our hotel service, the price is public, the service is star, more than a praise, recommend everyone to live.

- The location is great, just in front of a metro station, and the metro station is the one where the only 2 metro lines intersect. There are many shops and things to eat around. - The room was in general clean. However, the hotel's corridors were extremely dirty... the carpet in the corridors going to the rooms was very dirty, it looks like a vacuum cleaner is not used there since weeks ago... The mobiliary in the corridors is covered in dust as well. - The breakfast is not bad, but I found a hair in my rice... the first day there was a microwave completely covered in dust. The next day was cleaned. - The staff does not speak English at all, not a word... and they don't make the minimum effort to help you to understand what they are saying. I have stayed in many hotels in China, normally they use apps for translation to communicate with you. In this hotel, they don't even try.

Good place to stay .Metro station is less than 5minutes walk.Bed is very very comfy & bedsheets are fresh & cosy. Staff are helpful with all my touristy questions . Very clean & modern . Evening there is a night market ,so taxis are not able to get to front door of hotel .just walk in from main road , not far . Landmark is a very tall ,very white office tower; hotel entrance is just at base.
