This level of hotel in Luoyang is definitely low price in the summer! The hotel is open in April 2025! Teaching new! good service! A little far from the city! Park wetland! Fresh air! The only downside is that the room has a little decoration smell! Breakfast is also more abundant! A little regret for quality friends!

It's always on time. After checking in, we're taken directly to our room. Since it's a friend's birthday, Linlin even upgraded our room for free and decorated it. There's also a 24-hour butler service and travel photography service. The minibar is well-stocked, with beer, soda, soft drinks, coconut water, and more. If you run out of makeup remover oil, they'll bring it to you. The response is very prompt. The cleaning lady also makes the bed quickly and fills the hot spring water in advance. The public hot spring pool is excellent. It's always clean and comfortable, with all the amenities, just like a bathhouse. Cleanliness is key. Dinner is always prepared in advance, and the housekeeper serves it promptly according to the schedule. I think the best part is the front desk. I was so abruptly returned, and didn't have time to inform the front desk. They responded incredibly well to the situation, coordinating with the driver immediately. The car arrived in less than 20 minutes. I don't think every hotel can achieve this; it's a level of rapport and collaboration between departments that can't be cultivated overnight. They truly love and respect their jobs, providing such excellent service. It truly showcases the professionalism and unique cultural atmosphere of Luoyang Banshan Four Seasons to every guest. It must be a joy to work here.

Awesome place to stay! The room was so clean, the bed was so cosy and the shower had good pressured hot water. Perfect location away from the noisy streets but close to luoyang longmen grottoes scenic spot & luoyang longmen high speed railway station

I came to Luoyang to enjoy the peony. Among many hotels, I chose the newly opened Hilton Garden Inn and stayed for four nights. The hotel's surrounding environment is excellent, the internal facilities are complete, and the sanitary services are up to standard. Although it is a newly opened hotel, the room has no formaldehyde odor and is equipped with a purifier, which is very friendly to people like me with allergic rhinitis. The hotel provides free fruits and drinks every day. The only regret is that there are too few breakfast varieties. If it is richer, it will be more perfect. The most impressive thing is that the beef soup is delicious. The hotel provides free Longmen High-speed Railway Station pick-up and drop-off service. Xiao Yang from the concierge enthusiastically helps to carry the luggage to and from the station, which reflects the high-quality service awareness and makes you feel at home. Peonies, monuments, and humanities make this trip to Luoyang a complete end. If I have the opportunity to come to Luoyang again in the future, I will choose Hilton Garden Inn Luoyang

Very Good Location🤩👍 The staff are attentive and helpful🥰. The room is clean and new, no cigarette smell (as requested). Tea is seved upon check in and peony mooncakes are placed in the room, very delicious. The hotel is located just across the road from Orange Hotel, walk straight 200m, it is on the right. I really like there April 17-18, 2025 for Peoney festival 42nd.

Hotel is located just beside the metro station and is close to Longmen Railway station as well, making city exploration convenient. Service were excellent too from staff like Judy He, who handled the check-in and out attentively and smoothly.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

We booked this hotel for our family of 4. We were excited to get a family suite, but when we got here we noticed the building was a little outdated. When we got to our room, it smelled old and the carpet was dirty/old. It did not fit the $$$ that we paid for the room. I do need to mention that the staff gave us excellent service! They called in the morning to make sure we weren't missing breakfast or if we needed it delivered to our rooms. The location was excellent, close to malls and restaurants.

Our housekeeper Cindy has added the guests on WeChat in advance, which is great. If you need anything, you can just contact her on WeChat and she will respond quickly. This is really helpful for guests like us who have mild social anxiety and don't like to call the front desk. The room is very clean, with children's bathrobes, slippers and children's toiletries, which is very thoughtful and spacious. The view from the lake is also very good, but Henan feels a bit dry. In winter, it is recommended to prepare a humidifier. In addition, it is a bit troublesome to scan the code every day for underground parking. Let's think of a solution, haha.

The room is very large and clean, the sound insulation is very good, the toilet has no smell, it is also equipped with a small refrigerator, there is also a laundry room, the washing and drying effect is also very good, next time you come to Luoyang, you will continue to book this!
