房間如圖片所示，一應俱全，有管家服務，細緻入微，第一天入住直接出門回來發現馬桶🚽有個煙頭，這個管家立馬上來詢問要不要清潔，服務很到位。酒店一樓冰櫃的冰淇淋雪糕都是超市價，房間收費的飲料也是超市價，每天無限量瓶裝水供應，想喝酸奶詢問就能拿到。還有幫忙洗衣服的服務，機洗衣服一桶也才收八元錢，非常良心價！而且保潔阿姨還幫忙晾乾摺疊好了再拿回來，這個服務非常貼心了，對於外出旅行的人這個服務非常合適。離店時候還送了我們小點心，是一個很用心經營的酒店，希望越辦越好。去十字街麗景門應天門都是可以步行或者電瓶車直達

房間很乾凈，衞生也很好，房間還有花露水很貼心，也有免費的卸粧用品等等，酒店用品都是牌子，前台和管家人都很好，也會給你推薦旅遊路線

非常棒的一次入住體驗，以後來洛陽會鎖定這家酒店：
1.房間方面：非常乾淨，舒適，還有投影的幕布影院，不傷小朋友眼睛，痛快的看了很多奧特曼；
2.服務方面：服務態度更是他家的特色，有賓至如歸的感覺；聽説小朋友感冒，連續兩天煮了紅棗薑茶送過來，非常感動；
3.位置方面：距離麗景門、北大街景點都是步行可及的距離，並且坐落在一條輔路上，旁邊都是居民區，晚上也是特別的鬧中取靜的感覺。

酒店位置好。靠近幾個景點。打車方便。服務非常好。服務員幫我們提行李到房間。退房後還問你需不需要帶一瓶水。還送了一盒點心。幫我們提行李等車。房間很乾凈衞生很好。有直接飲用水。提供茶包 兩瓶水。下次來還會住這。

非常非常好的一家酒店。想到四月份是洛陽旅遊的最熱的時節，我一直擔心200多的價位訂不到一個好的酒店，沒有想到這家酒店遠遠超出我的預料。房間非常大，也很乾凈，洗手間和浴室是分離的，簡潔好住，前台24小時值守，礦泉水是免費無限續，昨天晚上做完粧造，頂着大濃粧回來，前台小姐姐馬上貼心的要給我卸粧的東西，進出都會遠遠的跟我問好，貼心滿意度max，附近好吃的挺多，打車也很方便，最近我基本都是打車往來，洛陽真好，下次還要再來洛陽

非常棒的住宿體驗。酒店的地理位置優秀，去哪都很方便，旁邊有葯店、有早餐店，還有公主們不可錯過的漢服店。應天門和麗景門都步行可至。酒店房間很乾凈。前台很貼心，每天進來都會貼心問候，主動提供飲用水、卸粧巾、充電線等用品。加了管家號後，推薦了行程和美食。旅遊了很多地方，這次的酒店體驗感最好，價格比很好，有種回家了的舒適感。下次如果有機會來洛陽，還會選擇棲菲酒店。

我很少評論，但這家店一定要説説。麗景門店因停電我被轉到應天門店，不顯好的外面進去後卻是乾淨整潔，房間床鋪都很乾凈，茶水酸奶小吃想吃隨時拿，還有任何需要都可以和前台説統統滿足，很温馨！工作人員的服務和態度也是特別好，非常滿意！酒店位置也不錯去各個景點都很方便。
