🚗 交通：非常方便，就在中州路上，門口公交車站路線很多，但是我都坐地鐵了，因為這裏距離夾馬營地鐵站不到一百米，攜程標的不對，出門坐地鐵去辦事比自己開車強太多了。
🧹衞生：衞生畢竟是錦江之星老牌子了有保證，布草馬桶都有清潔提示，讓人放心
🍃環境：雖然就在主幹道上，但是並不臨街，所以睡覺很安靜，挺好。停車場安全又超大，説實話沒見過這麼大的停車場，對女司機比較友好。
🔔服務：基本服務到位，前台有免費咖啡，休息區有適合會談的地方，比較適合商務人士，比在房間裏談事好多了
缺點就是這次來見重要客户本來想定套房的，但是套房太少已經售完，還好大廳會議桌能解決問題。

地址位置很贊，很好找。
服務不行，因為和盆友出來，然後房間廁所是透明玻璃門，房間電話無法使用，下樓告知前台能否更換不是玻璃門的，前台答應，我説我先吃個晚餐回來更換，也答應了並保留好房間，等我回來前台告知，衹剩一間一樓並且非常吵建議不要更換。我就？？？？？？
第二天早上不到十點清潔阿姨就大聲敲門，並強行打開了房門，我和朋友從夢中被嚇醒，退房告知前台，前台也衹是笑嘻嘻的説可能是搞錯了，我又？？？？？？
然後十一點半酒店就開始打電話給你催你退房啥的了，整這些有的沒的來的可積極了，服務確實一塌糊塗。

酒店新開業地理位置好，出行購物非常方便，距離洛邑古城美食街都非常近，酒店前台服務熱情周到，房間乾淨漂亮，有免費停車場。非常適合自駕遊入住。

酒店門口有停車位，但不是太多，出門就有地鐵，還算方便。早餐品種還可以，味道也不錯。服務很好，有客服專門回訪。酒店提供小桶的桶裝水，但個人認為，飲水機一般燒不開，現在也很少用這種飲水機了，還是熱水壺更好一些。總之整體還是不錯的。

房間不大但位置佳，門口地鐵公交很方便。服務態度好，賓至如歸。酒店可代訂一日參團遊和演出票。提供免費小桶裝飲用水。酸梅汁也很解渴。

因為是春節旅遊提前二個月訂房，一間高級大床房！入住後體驗感特別差！房間衹有15個平方左右（包含衞生間），小的轉不了身，衞生洗澡間更是稍微一動就碰到牆！傢俱上都是煙台燙的印記，還有劃痕，衞生間洗臉盆是黃色的不知道是什麼污垢！大廳提供的咖啡機沒有咖啡，形同虛設！前台接待愛理不理，説話就感覺你欠她的沒還！不太理解這就是全國知名的錦江之星酒店的服務水平，硬件設施的配備！居然還稱“高級”二字！體驗極差！

很推薦的酒店，看之前也是盲定的，提前預訂很便宜。來了之後發現，真的是寶藏酒店，出門就是地鐵，出行方便。門口有好吃的牛肉湯，胡辣湯，餄烙麪，大盤雞。絕美！
酒店服務好，乾淨衞生，還提供瓶裝水，給我們帶來很大方便。
行程四晚，龍門石窟，洛陽博物館，古墓博物館，科技館都去了。中間有一天沒有安排，一天的citywork。洛陽真的很不錯，錯峯出行就更好了！
