The room was nice, with relatively new facilities and excellent hygiene. The room was a perfect size; a larger room would have seemed empty. The service awareness is extremely poor. We booked a superior twin room early (because the bed is 1.35 meters, slightly wider), and told the store that it was two adults and two children (two ladies with daughters). Later, my companion went downstairs and said that the front desk did not say that the children were charged when they checked in yesterday, and gave two breakfast coupons, so naturally they thought that the children were free. I later asked the front desk about the breakfast rules and paid the breakfast fee. When I slept at night, I didn’t know what the quilt cover was made of. It made a loud noise when I turned over. Not only did I not sleep well, but it also affected others. There was no mineral water in the room, and there was no kettle. If you want to drink, you have to ask now! The security guard was almost 1.8 meters tall. He would appear in different places every day, sitting in the guest lounge at the front desk, or sitting in the restaurant, or wandering around the building. I don't know if this security guard is the boss's elder or something, he is more leisurely than the guests and more unreasonable than the boss! I am really drunk There are few types of breakfast, very stingy. I have traveled all over the country with my kids, and this is the hotel with the worst service I have ever seen! It can be said that it has brought shame to Luoyang's cultural tourism, and has had a negative impact on the ancient capital of 13 dynasties and the hospitality of Luoyang people. Don't stay here if you want to stay in a good mood when traveling, believe me, this hotel is not worthy of you!
