The staff provided great service, even providing us with humidifiers and fans when requested. There is a self service laundry, and the staff will help you transfer your clothes from the washer to the dryer and even fold your clothes ready for your collection, super convenient. There is a robot to deliver food to your room.

The hotel location is close to tourist attractions within walking distance, very convenient. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. There are restaurants and a night market nearby. The staff are very helpful. There is a washing machine and dryer available.

Atour is my first choice for travel, first because the pillows are super comfortable, and second because the price-performance ratio is extremely high. It was my first time in Luoyang and I stayed here for three consecutive days. The location is excellent, and it is very convenient to go to the ancient city, Yingtianmen, Luoyang Museum, and Longmen Grottoes. On the last day, because the ticket was at 4:30 pm, the front desk lady readily gave me a late check-out. I was touched and will stay here again next time I come to Luoyang.
