服務態度很差，訂房時候被告知在北樓，就想跟朋友一起換到南樓，全是空房間，跟我説換不了，要換自己找攜程客服去。
退房時，11點就把房卡還到北樓前台，結果快下午三點的時候前台打電話説把按金全扣了，説應該兩點退房，三點還沒退，直接扣了半天房費。且不説我們早就還了房卡了，前台也全程沒有提醒過幾點要退房。還跟我們説你還到北樓前台我們沒看到，就要扣了你們的半天房費。
非常離譜！請大家避雷！再也別訂這個離譜的小旅館！！條件設施也很垃圾，真不知道一個小小的前台在**什麼？！
