下雪天訂的房間 外面天寒地凍 大雪飄揚 酒店地暖很給力 前台服務態度很棒 酒店的衞生做的很好，給人一種非常乾淨整潔的感覺 房價適中，環境整潔，噪聲小，房間採光好前後通透環境優美 設施齊全 滿足一切所需 這家酒店真的很乾凈。每一個細節都很周到。菜餚豐富，味道獨特。良好的服務態度和優雅的環境。這是一家讓別人感到輕鬆的酒店 地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，前台小姑娘非常熱情，值得獎勵

我們的博物館研學遊第一站，由於路上嚴重堵車，錯過了三刷河南博物院的機會，我們直接選擇開到酒店，早晨五點鐘出發，抵達酒店已是深夜11點，經過1000多公里的車程，一家人已是疲憊不堪。想着一來半夜入住一早九點多就走，二來現在入住率估計也不高，就想着讓前台給做個免費升級，沒想到前台十分高冷地説這個沒有的，那個不行的。這幾年在國內住過的酒店也有百餘家，情況允許做個免費升級，是蠻常見的，哪怕真的沒有合適房型，也不至於擺出如此態度。但一家人是在太累了，懶得多説，反正也是隨便住一晚。早餐是配好的套餐，沒有什麼東西，一大兩小衹去吃也衹給兩人份，早餐沒有什麼東西，房間裏的礦泉水也衹有兩瓶，再要的話要三元一瓶自己買，這是我第一次見，真難得！另外，停車場清楚寫着，停車免費，但出了問題酒店是不負責的。如果不是因為離二裡頭遺址博物館近，我是不會選擇這家沒有温泉的温泉酒店。入住體驗差，不推薦！

進入大廳前台非常熱情接待，前台服務員辦理入住速度很快，很有效率，前台推薦附近好吃的寶藏小店，大廳有面牆非常有洛陽特色，大廳安靜舒適。
房間衞生挺乾淨的，枕頭睡着很舒服
整體入住體驗還是很不錯的，推薦入住。
