It was clean and friendly. The hotel os close to everything nut the view was not so great and the breakfast options was from a very tiny table and only chinese food.

Very poor, the facilities are very old, not clean, I don't know how so many reviews come from, the bathroom is very smelly. The curtains do not block the light, and the so-called fruit plate is cucumbers, tomatoes and milk. I never give comments, I am too lazy to comment, but the more than 400 yuan is really not worth it. 提名五星級酒店，不是虛頭巴腦的服務，非常人性化，實實在在享受到了服務
1、入住前台有各種路線圖，還有景點介紹，很貼心
2、下午都有水果點心，專門送到房間
3、進房間的時候空調都開好了，暖和
4、牙刷是電動牙刷，真的第一次遇到這樣的，梳子也是木頭做得，電梯出來還有牙線自取
5、自助早餐有炸雞是真的沒想到，味道都很不錯，今天早上消防檢查沒有早餐，特地買了早餐送上門
6、離店的時候還贈送了伴手禮

酒店很用心，入住登記的時候把身份證都裝了保護套，退房的時候送了萬景祥鮮花餅伴手禮，每天有送水果盤。定的一大一小2張床的房間，安靜

地理位置很好，離龍門站很近，只有一站，從酒店門口到出龍門站地鐵口大概10分鐘，離龍門石窟也很近，可以打車去，附近也有共享電動車，可以去西邊的居民區吃東西，工作人員服務態度都很好，入住有點晚了，前台工作人員很迅速的幫忙辦入住，在大廳和樓梯間偶爾見到工作人員也會主動跟我們打招呼，晚上還有免費的銀耳羹，不過我們吃飯吃的晚就沒嘗，房間電視也能投屏，還有空氣凈化器，我們訂的是親子房，還有小朋友踩着洗漱的腳踏，挺貼心的，走的時候還給了一份伴手禮，洛陽人民太熱情了，在應天門那個民宿也是給了個小禮物，都不讓客人空着手離開。

看着攜程上註明是四星級酒店而且離高鐵站近就選擇了，但是實際這個酒店連起碼的連鎖三鑽標準都不如，真不知道酒店那個方面達到了四星標準，前台説是因為裝修久了，前台的確掛了四星😂。但是住過四星五星酒店的都知道再老舊的星級酒店它的星級底氣還是在的。裝修老舊設施老舊，吧枱茶杯都是紙杯，攜程網真不知道是怎麼給他們上線的一點監管意識都沒有。洛陽旅遊前四晚住的就是老牌四星級酒店，考慮一早的高鐵換了這家酒店，太失望太絕望了。希望攜程好好監管入住標準。

位置很好，離洛陽龍門站很近，地鐵一站路，酒店出門左手邊就是地鐵口，太方便了，服務人員熱情又周到，有深夜一碗粥服務很貼心，每天都有送水果和酸奶，礦泉水也是不限量的，臨走還送了小吃的伴手禮，住在這裏真的很舒心，非常非常滿意

本次河南行最滿意的酒店，雖然是老牌四星，衞生細節和服務完全對得起星牌標準，十一點遊玩回來還細心備好銀耳羹，親子房的籃球架深得娃歡心，配套的餐飲房客八八折，139元吃了四星酒店中餐部兩葷兩素，份量很驚人，味道也保持高水準。前台非常熱情，看有長者小孩還貼心問有什麼特殊需求
