The hotel doesn’t meet the 4 diamonds standard. It’s located in downtown, pretty closed to tourist attraction. However, reforms are needed (see pictures) and regarding the cleanliness, I have to say that the hotel basically didn’t clean the tables and there were dark spots on the bedsheet I suppose that those were mold…. Lastly but not the least, staff’s were willing to fulfill with our request.

Check in was easy and the room was big and well equipped, although they had glass cups for tea and coffee rather than mugs (same for breakfast). Breakfast was pretty standard with limited choices such as rice, vegetables, and steamed buns. The location is certainly a bonus though being just a 5 minute walk from Yingtianmen and near a few bus stops that can take you to Longmen Grottoes and the high speed railway station.

Booked two rooms. One for my mom and one for myself and my gf. Excellent. Only complaint was that the coffee cup wasn’t a proper coffee cup. It’s either glass, so it’s too hot to hold or paper cup which is cheap.. The hot air doesn’t get to downstairs (our room is two levels) but it’s not a problem because the hotel gave a separate heater to heat up the lounge. So yes will be back but please put proper coffee cups.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The loft room is quiet and spacious. The hotel is in a prime location. You can see Yingtian Gate as soon as you go out. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She gave me a glasses cloth when I checked in and a small gift when I checked out. She was very thoughtful. The room price is also very affordable and cost-effective.
