The location is good, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to Yingtianmen. The room was comfortable and hygienic. I took my elderly and children to travel to Luoyang during the Spring Festival. I booked a hotel a week in advance and called the merchant several times to confirm. The merchant replied that breakfast could be served starting on the second morning of the New Year. We checked into the hotel on the afternoon of the first day of the new year and were told that breakfast was not available and we had to make our own. In fact, the surrounding small restaurants were not open yet, so we could only have instant noodles and bread for breakfast. When I entered the room, I saw a layer of dust on the sink and tables and cabinets. I asked the owner and he said that the air was dusty when he opened the window for ventilation two days ago. The room temperature was probably around 12 degrees. I turned on the air conditioner at 4 pm and went out to play. I returned to the hotel around 9 am and the temperature in the room was only about 15 or 16 degrees. I asked the boss and he said the air conditioning was so bad that I couldn't get out of bed and move around at night even if I was wearing long underwear and long johns because it was too cold. The toilet is big and the window is broken and leaks air, which makes it especially cold. I thought I could use hot water to wash and brush my teeth, but after leaving it for a long time, it was just warm water, probably less than 30 degrees. I caught a cold on the first night and took some cold medicine. I wanted to change hotels the next day, but my family thought it was too much trouble, so we just made do. The next day, there might be more guests staying in the hotel, and the air-conditioning temperature might be a little higher, so the indoor temperature might be around 18 or 19 degrees Celsius. But there was still only warm water, which was barely enough for washing, and definitely not for taking a shower. After so many years of traveling, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The breakfast they promised was not provided. The air conditioning temperature is extremely low, and there is no hot water for washing. This hotel room costs 450 yuan for one night if booked a week in advance, and 680 yuan if booked now. Super bad experience! ! ! Super bad service! ! ! On the second day of our stay, we heard other guests arguing with the boss. We were really tired from playing, and on the second night there was suddenly no Wi-Fi in the room. That was it. It is said that guests often go to the front desk to quarrel, now I completely understand.
