The room was photoshopped on the photos. In reality it’s a very very old room that needs to be repainted and refreshed.
It is located in C3 building, outside of the main reception building, which seemed like a residential building, so you had to share the lift with other residents and food delivery drivers.
The bed thankfully was clean, but the rest - pretty disgusting. Mould around the bathroom sink, dried water stains around the vanity and shower.
There was mould on the ceiling and walls.
The room smelled like cigarettes so much that my hair and all my clothes absorbed the smell too.
Location - good part of Luyoang, but the fact that you actually stay in a residential flat and not hotel, made me feel unsafe.

The service attitude was great and the room was good. I extended my stay for another hour in the afternoon but checked out before it was time. The sister at the front desk directly refunded the room fee for the extended one-hour stay. It was a really good experience.
