The room facilities are complete. When checking in at night, the front desk guy had a good service attitude and could solve the feedback problems in time. When checking out on the morning of the 6th, there were two female front desk staff. One of them rolled her eyes when we wanted to ask for an extra bottle of water and asked if we couldn't afford the water ourselves. This ruined the originally good stay experience. I hope the hotel can strengthen its management

The hardware facilities in the room are generally good, but the linens are damaged in many places. The hygiene of the room needs to be improved. There are some scraps of paper on the floor when you enter the room, and there is water on the toilet. I hope this can be resolved.

Overall it's pretty good. It's rare to get this price during the Peony Festival. The front desk lady is very nice, kind and gentle. The room is quite clean.

The room is clean and sanitary. There is free parking for self-driving tourists to travel and check in. There is a restaurant on the first floor that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is not far from the subway station and is very convenient to various attractions in Luoyang.

In a hutong, it doesn't look very new from the outside, but it's renovated inside. The room is big. Takeaways can be delivered upstairs. Luggage can be stored. It's very close to Tianfu Street. Check-out time is only until 12 o'clock and cannot be delayed.
