The hotel is near 西工小街 which is a popular tourist destination. However the hotel's lift is heavily used by other occupants in the building and can be rather difficult to get into. The service staff was also very helpful and respectful.
However, the hotel's hot water takes a long time to be warm enough for showering, and the cleanliness of the rooms is not always stellar. The rooms are big and spacious however. Many of the rooms also reek of smoke. The hotel contains a washing machine with no dryer, and it is located in one of the staff toilets.

Huge difference! The hygiene is dirty, the bed is very bad, and there is KTV noise around until midnight! Transportation is not convenient either!

非常好,環境很漂亮,房間裏面非常乾淨,還有浴池,雙人洗手枱，洗漱非常方便，房間面積大，環境舒適，喜歡酒店的花園空氣清新，前台小姐姐很耐心的幫我查詢路線，態度很好，離洛河很近那邊有很多人跑步，並且價格也很划算，真的是特別特別特別好的一次住宿體驗！

來洛陽隨手訂的酒店，竟然意外的好，周圍環境很好，出門都是公交站牌，樓下有賣早餐的，還有牛肉湯，房間佈置很温馨，很棒，環境也是絕了，有個大花園，現在月季都開了，很好看，有洗衣房可以免費洗衣服，在外面晾衣服很快就幹了。住的很滿意！
