前台服務態度很好
安排的能看到隋唐植物園的房間，雖然有點遠，晚上夜景還是不錯的的
酒店交通位置便利，到龍門石窟，老城都很方便
房間裏有洗衣機。洗衣服很方便
早餐有些簡單，不過這個價位已經很優惠了
旁邊的大張超市是上海的老牌超市了，裏面東西很多，品種很全。蛋糕，熟食，酸奶，日用品一應俱全。購物很便利

酒店位於洛龍區，如果去龍門石窟、洛陽博物館、隋唐遺址公園都不遠，連去白馬寺、洛邑古城也有公交車，出行方便。從洛陽龍門站打站內出租車（下了火車叫滴滴等不方便上車）20元 用滴滴打車12元。比較方便。住宿條件不錯，前台服務好，免費升級房型。有咖啡贈送。

春節期間價格翻了三倍不説了，價格最高的房間門口堆滿了用過的臟寢具，衞生麼？！入住後發現房間地毯桌面馬桶臟得很，三晚衹給了一次一次性拖鞋，衞生間不給地墊，洗完澡都是水拖鞋濕了也沒得換。家庭房三人入住衹有三條浴巾，紙巾也不夠用。平時不評價的我這個差評非得給不可！

位置不錯離博物館和公園挺近，高層公寓改的，我定的房間還算大的，一張大床還有一個摺疊床，4口之家倒是挺合適。可能是春節吧，服務一般要個被子等半天，洗手盆壞了也沒修，這個價格按説可以得到更高服務的，給個一般吧

1、預訂的景觀大床房2米，實際給的商務大床房1.8米，退房時已經和工作人員反饋，工作人員承諾給補差！
2、9日晚入住2416房！
3、商務大床和景觀大床因為設施不同有差價，請店家看到後主動聯繫補差，不是幾十元的問題，是消費者沒有義務為酒店的失誤買單！

龍門高鐵站到酒店坐地鐵5站到隨唐園店下車，電瓶車特別多，非常方便，步行到酒店僅約400米。訂的豪華觀景家庭房，位於酒店25樓，這個樓層是俯瞰隨隨唐遺址植物園的全景的絕佳位置。房間差不多有70平米左右，空間特別大。2.2的乳膠墊大床特舒服，羽絨被又輕又暖和。房間乾淨衞生，配套設施有獨立全自動洗衣機和小冰箱前台和客房特別暖心，看到我們人多，額外多送了4瓶水，其它用品也都多送了。自助餐也不錯，尤其牛肉胡辣湯和鮮蝦餅味道鮮美，回味無窮。周邊配套大型超市購物方便，距離周邊景區不遠，到洛邑古城網紅打卡景點僅16分鐘左右車程。下次來洛陽還是會選擇住左岸國際酒店的。
