I have never come across a hotel with such poor service. It was under renovation on the day I arrived, so dirty and messy. The next morning, there were banging noises everywhere, and there was a power outage. There was no air conditioning in such hot weather, it was so scorching. I reported it to the front desk, but they acted as if they didn't hear me. I was speechless.

Bad reviews, loud noise, poor environment, many damages in the room, spider webs flying everywhere, and poor store attitude.

The room is quite big, but I could smell a stench on the first day. The front desk said that it would be fine if I just ventilated it. When I entered the room, I found that the curtain in the bathroom was very dirty, yellow, and had many black mold spots. I complained, and she said that all rooms were like this and that I had to wait for the new curtain to arrive before changing it. I knew that this was their perfunctory excuse, but because I came to play with my mother, she was old and didn't want to toss anymore, so I didn't insist on changing rooms. After taking a shower at night, the stench became stronger and stronger. I complained again, and the front desk receptionist went to the room to see it, but said that she couldn't smell it. She asked us to close the bathroom door and sleep for one night before changing rooms the next morning. We didn't dare to go into the bathroom that night. The next morning, the hotel helped me change to another room. The stench was gone, but the shower curtain was still dirty. The hotel's room service is relatively good, but the hardware needs to be improved, and the cleaning needs to be strengthened, especially the bathroom. The hotel is in the ancient city scenic area, with a good location and characteristics.

The service is excellent and the boss is very enthusiastic. The room facilities are good, I like the fruit when I check in, and there is a lot of water. We encountered a problem at night. The drone flew to the roof outside the hotel. The clerk and the boss were very enthusiastic to help. They borrowed ladders and found property management. They were busy and moved. The hotel has an excellent location. The environment is excellent and the service is good. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Luoyang in the future. It is a satisfactory stay experience. It adds points to my impression of Luoyang.

It is recommended to remind the residents of the skills of cutting the ceiling spray when checking in. The bathrooms are all Kohler, and the items are good, but cutting the ceiling spray requires some skills. In the ancient city, the ancient city will be cleared at night (about 10:30 or 11), and the security will let you in with the room card. It is not recommended to go back too late. After the clearing, it is a bit scary to walk alone in the dark ancient buildings with red lanterns... The room is nice.
