水很好，還是温泉水呢，水壓大，水温也高，吃的菜品不算多，但是量足，服務員服務的好，總體感覺還是不錯的

本以為連鎖酒店衞生會好一些，結果萬萬沒想到被子裏面的油點子，打電話讓換一床，一個男的就抱着被子過來了慢慢悠悠的在屋裡疊被子，走後我們説把被子的繩子綁住一看裏面那頭髮多的，一聞那味道明顯是舊被子，然後又打電話給換了一個沒有其他味道了。洗澡的噴頭還是壞的出水特別小。這麼大的連鎖酒店都沒看到穿着一樣的工作服的打掃衞生阿姨。服務態度衞生太差了

房間挺大的，就是設施稍微有些老舊，牆體脱皮啊之類的不少，應該是格林前幾代的裝修風格了。窗户外面是塊空地，雖然不好看但晚上倒也不怎麼吵。總體還不錯，估計接商務單更多些，這邊旅遊的話地理位置確實比較偏了，去關林倒是挺近，去白馬寺和龍門石窟打車都得半小時以上了

住了兩晚，位置偏一點，不過還好，很清凈，房間很大，衞生不錯，熱水很好，還有點燙，前台服務特別好，還有機器人送東西，好先進，附近也有吃的和便利店

比預期好太多了，前台小姐姐們都很奈斯，做衞生的保潔姐姐們也很好！
雖然不是新酒店，但是隔音不錯，聽不到隔壁的聲音，洗澡的話水流很沖，水温也夠，注重24h熱水的人可以安排上。
前台有到各個景點的出行方式提示，超貼心！電梯裏也有出行計劃安排可以參考，洛陽不大，非自駕出行小電動或者打車也方便的。
