I had a lovely stay here. The owner was very sweet and had good English, it was easier than I expected to check in. I stayed in the capsule, which is in the owner’s home, and it was a very small but chill space. It did get hot in the night but a fan was provided. It was cool to see inside a real Chinese apartment. I felt very welcomed as a foreigner. Location was also excellent, a quick walk from the subway and twenty minutes to the station. An hour and a bit from Luoyang old town. Mixue bubble tea shop was right outside the apartment complex - a bonus!

I stayed at this hostel in Luoyang mainly for the price, which is definitely very affordable. My room didn’t have air conditioning (as clearly stated in the listing), so keep that in mind, especially in summer. The bathroom and the overall condition of the hostel leave a bit to be desired — especially compared to the generally higher standards of hostels in China. That said, if you're on a tight budget, it might still be worth considering.

Overall a very good experience. Boss is very kind, helpful and friendly to traveler. Location is near to variety of restaurant and malls so no need worry to have food concern. Near to transport and subway station. Definitely worth the price for a good stay in Luoyang!

It is close to the subway station, so it is convenient for sightseeing in Luoyang. It is located in a regular apartment, and the host family uses the inner space in one apartment, and the outer space and separate toilet/bathroom are shared with guests, so it is fun to experience Chinese apartment life. If there is a complaint, it is that the mattress is a little hard. Also, for capsule users, it is recommended to bring earplugs for a good night's sleep.
