The hotel has everything you want — excellent and friendly staffs, even the cleaning ladies were so polite and put in excellent work. Clean room, excellent location next to major attractions and subway station.

I stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is a bit hard to find because it is behind a coffee shop. You have to walk through to get in. It would be easier if there were signs. The room was comfortable to sleep in. However, the room I got seemed to have some problems with the bathroom equipment such as the toilet and the hair dryer. They didn't work very well.

Very good location, just in the middle of the old city. Nice staff.

Super lovely place with many good places nearby (food, shopping, and sightseeing). On-site 汉服 makeup and clothing available and staying at the hotel allows for discount, highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is ideal, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place was very lovely and clean, with a stunning view on the roof terrasse!

Hotel uses diatomite floor mat as the toilet floor mat, it was extremely gross. When we checked in, the mat was still soaking wet. Staff were unable to change the mat for us.
We booked 2 non-smoking room but was given 1 smoking room. Informed the hotel staff but they claimed that they did not receive such note on their end despite Trip page showing as non smoking. They were unable to change our room as they were fully booked.
We booked this hotel because it has washing machine. But pls look at the picture attached, the washing machine is located at one corner of the common toilet and it was dirty. We did not use the washing machine in the end.
They only good thing about this hotel is their location, it is just a 5mins walk to the metro station.
