If you are looking f a place in a residential area, this is it. I enjoyed talking to the owner who is a chatty old man. The only problem is that this hotel is at the 7th floor and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs.

那天我到的時候已經蠻晚了，一天沒吃飯，老闆很熱情的給我介紹了好吃的！然後還親自下廚煮給我吃，我真的很感動，感覺跟家裡一樣，老闆人很好也很熱情！房間乾淨衞生很漂亮，下次來洛陽一定還來，很喜歡洛陽這個城市！

老闆態度挺好的，但是這個不是酒店是民宿，是在居民樓裏面，比較便宜，但是位置相對偏僻，沒有獨立衞生間，也沒有獨立的洗手池，紙巾非常有限，公共衞生間，沒有洗臉巾，住宿挺安全的，老闆非常細心

老闆大叔人非常好，考研面試來的。大叔介紹了周邊實惠小吃和洛陽風景習俗，大叔知識面很寬廣，和大叔天南海北的聊天，聊的很開心的同時也增長了不少見識。謝謝大叔的熱情款待，下次有機會一定來坐坐。

看評論來的，果然不踩雷。旅館是在小區裏，但衞生條件很好，比很多快捷酒店乾淨多了，大叔也很熱心，有機會再來（洗漱用品需要大家自備一下）
