不錯！前台幾位服務小姐姐非常熱情主動~~房間裏面沒有異味，打掃的特別乾淨！保潔阿姨很熱情，下次來還住這裏，走的時候還送了一瓶最愛的青柑普洱茶，！比鄭州航海西路的漢庭酒店好太多了！

辦理入住就送了洛陽特色老酸奶和鮮花餅，還有一個節日手工小燈籠！
房間不大，但是收拾的很乾凈。
院子後面有停車位，停滿了服務員也會特別熱心的幫忙找車位

當天晚上十點多才來，明天第二天出發的車又很晚，所以跟前台小姐姐申請延遲退房，小姐姐人很好，給我們延到了下午三點，很感謝，早餐也很不錯，滿意！

酒店設施都很新，大廳也都很乾凈明亮，服務也很好，阿姨也很盡責，離地鐵也挺近的，地鐵出來買的水果也便宜好吃，吃到讓人驚艷的草莓！酒店還送了牡丹餅，感覺以後選擇漢庭都不會錯，價格實惠，設施也新！

地理位置很好 旁邊就是萬達還有零食店 離地鐵也近 環境很温馨 衞生很乾凈 早餐也很不錯 以後還會住 訂的雙床房 很適合情侶親子出遊 前台小姐姐人也很好 服務很熱情！

每次出行都會選擇漢庭，兩個字“放心”！漢庭是我住過全國各地統一度做的最好的了，酒店衞生沒得説，洗衣房對於攜帶換洗衣物不多的人是絕好的福利，可投屏電視也讓你想看什麼看什麼。總之，你在陌生城市不知道選哪裡的時候，選漢庭準沒錯。

清潔衛生，設備齊全保養良好，大堂更有小食飲品免費供應，入住感覺十分良好，離地鐵站有一段距離，步行約需8~9分鐘，酒店附近的萬達廣場有不少食肆。酒店較為不足之處是只有一部升降機，一但人多使用，需等較長時間。

服務很周到，本次旅行腿腳不太方便，服務員服務也都比較好，早餐幫忙送到房間，態度也挺好的，希望酒店再接再厲，以後可以添加緊急醫療服務措施等，這樣就更周到了
