This hotel is on the top of a 30-level office complex, it is not very close to the town center, it takes about 15-20 minutes taxi to the old town tourist area. However, the room size and the design are at the 4-star levels; all the hotel staff is well-trained and polite with an unlimited supply of bottled drinking water which I consume at least 5-6 bottles every day. I was on a trip and used the room as my remote office for a week and it is quiet and pleasant.

Hotel is very well run, managed and maintained.
The reception front desk : Ms Gao, Ms. Guo and Bei Bei were extremely helpful and nice . They helped us with tour recommendation and even gave us a hotel room upgrade.
We had a great stay.

The room was very big, tidy and very clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is located quite far from the main attractions but there’s a bus stop in front of it. Recommended!

This time I came to Luoyang and this hotel was an absolute five-star experience. From check-in to check-out, every place made people feel warm. The front desk lady Bingbing and Wenjing were very enthusiastic and helpful. Seeing that we were with our baby, they took the initiative to upgrade the room. Because we couldn't go downstairs to eat breakfast in time, the staff also helped to send it up. There were also staff who came to help with washing and drying clothes in the laundry room. When I left, I was given a toy car for my baby. I will choose this place when I come to play in the future.
