前幾年來洛陽住過這家，當時好像在修地鐵，外面有點吵，這次去地鐵已經開通了，房間也是裝修升級過了，這次的體驗感很不錯，還給我們升級了房型，前台服務人員也很熱情的給我們推薦附近好吃的餐廳，不得不説住在這吃飯交通什麼都很便利，去哪都不遠，而且很方便。

酒店是剛剛裝修完，乾淨整潔，新中式風格，衞生整體不錯，服務也可以，在市中心這樣的價格很給力，酒店後面有個大院可以免費停車，住在這裏吃喝出行很方便，緊挨着個商場，很熱鬧看門口有地鐵，應該出行很方便。

環境：出行方便！
服務：熱情周到，積極幫助解決住客的各種問題！出行方便，出門10米就是地鐵站，對面就是王府井大商場，下次有機會到洛陽來，還要選擇住宿維多利亞酒店（王府井解放路地鐵站店）！

陪孩子五一遊玩的，入住這裏體驗真心不錯。花幾分鐘客觀給個評價。
第一，接待禮貌熱情 聽有其他遊客諮詢旅遊景點，都耐心解答了 正好我也聽聽😃
第二，酒店環境乾淨整潔，有大屏投影儀 孩子很開心，投屏看了動畫片 ，床品乾淨 大床超級寬 睡着很安逸，衞生間的打掃的也到位，馬桶有套一次性馬桶墊，服務周到。隔音效果也挺好，整晚睡覺沒有雜音。
第三，還有前台保管行李，有免費的行李寄存箱，可是五一滿了，前台小姐姐熱心幫忙看管。也沒説衹能看管到幾點之類的話，這點真的很暖心。🙏🏻
所以同價格的酒店，首推這家，給點個五星好評。

短途出行的，酒店位置很不錯，邊上有商場，地鐵口就在門口，去景區都很方便。洗澡水很熱，可以洗衣服，早晨不錯，我定的房間房間稍微侷促了一點，前台很熱情，主動，值得推薦

住了三天，説説感受：首先，睡眠真好，底板是木地板，不是粘膠地毯，屋頂很高，安靜，還送了大桶水，洗澡水沖而熱。其次，地理位置好，地鐵就在酒店前，見圖，距離西工小街吃小吃走着就到了，去洛邑古城、應天門看夜景、白馬寺（先做地鐵，再打車10幾元），還有一日遊大巴停車點都可以地鐵直達。三是，吃的不錯，實惠乾淨舒服。四是，酒店代保管行李，很人性化。

位置好、交通方便，兩條地鐵交匯處（地鐵D出口就在門前），地面公交也多，到幾個景點都在半小時左右。
早餐也不錯，能存儲行李。
樓下有大商場，附近可見兩個超市，晚上還有小的美食廣場。
酒店門臉不太起眼，要仔細找哦！
前台不夠開闊，沒有大廳。
