第一次安排的房間不滿意，後面一個男士帶我看房耐心十足👍換的房間馬桶裏麪竟然有毛髮，請保潔過來消毒再套馬桶墊，工作人員在我眼裡底下就衹套個馬桶墊了事，這樣做酒店衞生不夠細緻，客人怎能放心。早餐也是十分一般充饑而已。不過這個價位也可以了。希望酒店越來越好！

這家開業不久的酒店，除了設施新與齊全外，讓人感受最深的便是周到的服務了。長途驅車傍晚時光趕至酒店，入住後，得知我們想品嚐當地特色，酒店安排專車送我們到特色餐館。房間的設施出現小問題，及時派員耐心解決。早餐時，看到帶孩子的父母抱着幼子無法取餐進食時，服務人員主動抱過孩子，讓其父母正常用餐。客人離店時，還有洛陽特色糕點作為手伴。

改酒店能夠到地鐵站接站，這點較為方便。房間的設施很新，還有小冰箱，床品極好。但是，住在二樓的衞生間，發現異色的壁虎，讓人有點不適。樓下酒店門口的餐飲店，價格親民。
