Room is old and unclean, apparently lack of maintenance. Didn't trust their hotspring either. Dispite of these, house keeping service was good. Overall a disappoin**ent.

If you can, book a courtyard room, and not a room in the main building as they are noisy.
The reception staff will get a taxi for you, there is nothing in the area of the hotel

We had an amazing time at this hotel, the staff are incredibly helpful and will help you with luggage, order taxis and make sure you have everything you need. The hot spring tub in the garden is nice and you can choose the temperature. We also went to the public hot springs which included wave swimming pool and spa, it’s also very nice. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. The location is very close to the grottoes and around 20-30 min drive to city centre.

Shower was broken. Everday fresh fruits in the room. Breakfast was not good and stuff does not speak a word english.

Very nice resort for the location. Enjoyed the stay and the hot spring. Just make sure if you travel to this city to double check about the mountains. Apparently foreigners are not allowed on the biggest mountain because of certain restrictions. Nothing to do with COVID.

完美的温泉度假村，位置方便，設施便利。服務更是越來越棒👍🏻一直都是鳳翔的粉絲，全家人有空就約起來泡湯，太享受啦！這裏的温泉可以治癒一切不開心，已可以快速緩解各種腰痠背痛👍🏻
感謝門廳小哥哥們的熱情款待，幫助帶娃的我搬車拿東西，還用電瓶車送娃去看鞦韆！這是充滿正能量和愛心的度假勝地呀。謝謝你們。

酒店很好，有温泉直接入房間，私密性很好。房間寬敞，原訂了大床房，酒店直接升級成了套房，有客廳帶二衞生，無意發現頂吸是Bose音響，二個電視。酒店服務周到，忘帶頭繩，送來了四根還另送了餅乾和礦泉水。每天酒莊級紅酒1瓶，中葯入浴包和花瓣，歡迎果盤。用心的酒家。

房間不乾淨。房間、地毯、衞生間、説實話真是還不如連鎖的如家漢庭衞生好呢。所謂的酒店套餐送的紅酒和中葯入浴包 説實話有點太糊弄人了。早餐一般，五一假期的原因説實話真夠不上1300多一晚上的價位。
