The rooms were spacious with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast is just okay, very less variety of options! The location is just perfect and near to railway station. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Room is old and unclean, apparently lack of maintenance. Didn't trust their hotspring either. Dispite of these, house keeping service was good. Overall a disappointment.

If you can, book a courtyard room, and not a room in the main building as they are noisy. The reception staff will get a taxi for you, there is nothing in the area of the hotel

Very nice resort for the location. Enjoyed the stay and the hot spring. Just make sure if you travel to this city to double check about the mountains. Apparently foreigners are not allowed on the biggest mountain because of certain restrictions. Nothing to do with COVID.
