Liu Jingru was a very nice host , she give us a lot of good attention . I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel and it is convenient to get around the zone:) !!! 💕☺️

The hotel environment is clean and sanitary, and the hotel service is excellent.The hotel breakfast is very rich and optional.It's worth the money. I'll come again next time.The location of the hotel is also very convenient.

I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan.
Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already.
I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

All in all a very pleasant stay. The hotel‘s staff, especially Tien Tien helped us with things to do and restaurant recommendations in the area. Everyone working here is extremely attentive and the experience was just 5 of 5 stars. We would give more if it was possible :)

Room floor was not clean, pillow not comfortable, windows not closing properly, sofa cushions not clean. Breakfast the fried eggs were piled up and cold. Breakfast area and entrance a lot of men smoking ignoring the sign: speechless
