這是我住過最最最最讚的酒店，各方面都很棒！比較了很多家之後選了這家，性價比很高！酒店設施很新，衞生乾淨，服務熱情，早餐豐富，最主要的是很安靜，我一個睡眠很輕的人睡了都一夜好眠，床品舒適。工作人員服務也很熱情，臨走前還送了冷萃茶和伴手禮，好評好評！最遺憾的是忘記拍照了…

網上都説全季洗衣機洗羽絨服很好 之前在亞朵洗的挺好的就來嘗試一下 結果烘都沒烘乾裝袋子裏一夜 第二天去拿袖口都濕漉漉的 跑絨很嚴重 袖子成了兩片紙 自己拿吹風機吹拍打沒什麼用 打前台電話再烘一下 詢問保潔是否可以幫忙處理一下 答覆是私人物品酒店不負責衹能幫烘 我從頭到尾沒讓酒店賠償或者什麼 詢問一下説話讓人很煩感覺要訛人一樣 二次烘乾也沒烘還是濕漉漉的 袖子裏羽絨都結塊 大冬天下着雨沒辦法就穿着出門了 沒到退房時間前台就打電話來催是否續住打擾休息 隔音效果更差上午10點左右對面退房 小孩子嗷嗷叫特別吵 昨天本來回來就晚 睡眠質量也超級差 住過很多次全季了也比較喜歡全季 來洛陽旅遊第一次碰到這種情況 很糟心

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間很寬敞，客廳還單獨有衞生間和茶座，十分適合商務出差！酒店位置不錯，離必吃榜上那個龍鱗路第一牛肉湯很近。客房清潔人員也很親切，房間的價格來説性價比極高！前台小姐姐還送了牡丹花餅嘗，十分愉悦的一次入住體驗！

服務：前台服務人員非常熱情，因為我們自駕遊，車在停車場入口等待進場，我自己先進酒店前台辦理入住，前台美女很主動的幫我倒了一杯熱水，還給我們每人一份伴手禮，真的有被暖到！放完行李我們就出門了，因為去了其他地方回來的時候已經凌晨3點多了，進酒店車場需要前台給遙控抬桿，給酒店打了語音電話也是幾秒鐘就接通了。
衞生：衞生方面也很乾凈，洗漱台上沒有一滴水，房間裏面也自帶6瓶礦泉水，不夠了也可以再給前台打電話加水。
設施：酒店有健身房（雖然沒去😂）但是它是存在的，需要什麼給前台打電話也是有機器人送上來，因為我們有帶小孩，也算是避免了在流感橫飛的季節一些交叉感染的風險。
早餐東西種類不是很多，但填飽肚子是沒有任何問題的，吃完早餐我們去退房的時候前台小姐姐也是很熱情的給我們送了冷萃茶（加熱過的）在冬季喝起來暖暖的，有機會再去洛陽還會光顧！

家在這個附近看着是個新開的酒店就定了，入住了之後超出預期太多。前台服務特別熱情，主動提前開了空調還送了洛陽特色的伴手禮。進去房間衞生沒得説乾乾淨淨，感覺不到這是個新酒店的感覺，隔音也很好睡了一晚沒聽到有任何聲音，超棒
