YUN DING HOTEL

This hotel was the worst one for my parents’ trip to Henan. We originally planned to stay for 4 nights, but had to check out after two nights… Because my parents are old, I usually book hotels with breakfast for them. I didn’t expect that the breakfast in this hotel was packed from outside… There wasn’t even any vegetables… My parents didn’t say anything on the first day, but on the second morning, they put the breakfast on the table in advance. When my parents came downstairs, they found that the breakfast was already half cold on the table… And on the first day, my parents were tired from playing and went back to the room to rest at 3 pm, and found that the room had not been cleaned yet… My parents are very easy-going people. If they really couldn’t accept it, they would not say to me: “Girl, why don’t we change hotels…” I was really disappointed, and the hotel room price was quite high… I usually don’t give bad reviews, but this time I really felt sorry for my parents who had to eat cold meals for two days

The robot delivered the food to my door. There was no SMS. I had to call the front desk to ask and then enter the password. I live on the 2nd floor. If the delivery man wants to deliver, don't use this crappy robot. I was trapped outside the hotel for the first time because there was not enough staff at the front desk. It was a very unpleasant stay.

這次旅行很開心，酒店的環境很不錯，前台工作人員很熱情，辦理入住迅速又貼心沒想到還有免費下午茶，超驚喜！期間和工作人員閑聊，還拿到了旅行攻略，打卡地、美食街，二樓露台視野絕佳！下次來這邊，還選這裏！

家人們誰懂啊！這次出行帶着長者小孩，本以為會手忙腳亂，結果這家酒店直接給我滿分體驗！前台超貼心，小童拖鞋和牙刷早早備好 ，一進房間，寬敞又極具設計感，空間大到孩子能肆意玩耍。更驚喜的是，還免費送了下午茶咖啡，真的太懂旅人的心！下次出行，還來這家。

這次出行住了那麼多酒店，這家真的驚艷到我！位置超方便，就在地鐵口旁，7米的距離，出行超方便。還有健身房24小時免費開放，器材齊全，還能邊鍛鍊邊賞景。二樓咖啡廳的美式超正宗，香醇提神。妥妥的四星酒店體驗，下次還來！贊贊贊

這次來洛陽旅遊住到這家酒店簡直像挖到寶藏！一進大堂就被熱情接待，真切感受到洛陽人民的熱忱，好感度直接拉滿。房間乾淨整潔，細節之處盡顯用心。重點是，酒店居然免費提供下午茶咖啡！悠閑午後，來上一杯香醇咖啡，瞬間驅散旅途疲憊，這種待遇在洛陽絕對獨一份。而且位置絕佳，去各個景區步行就能到，完全不用開車找車位，省了好多麻煩。這次旅行因為這家酒店變得更加完美，下次來洛陽還鎖死這家！
