酒店比較新，設備都比較新，自動窗簾和智能馬桶，房間面積中規中矩，不會擁擠。工作人員態度都挺好，房間裏香香的，整個酒店沒有異味。早餐也不錯，種類沒有太多但是也有自己的特色，有現煎的牛排比較意外，味道也不錯。國慶期間住了兩晚，國慶期間貴一點也能理解，但是沒有太離譜。離應天門等景點有點距離但是也不是很遠，自駕住會更方便，晚上也很安靜，比那些老舊的三星酒店賣五六百強太多了。退房的時候還送了小禮物（扇子和糖果）

十一和家人出行這家酒店十分好。房間很新。乾淨舒服。特別是早餐種類齊全，還有牛排。
另外感謝咱們店服務非常熱情周到。臨走的時候，小趙服務特別好！還給了孩子伴手禮，孩子也很喜歡，還會再來入住的。

服務態度特別好 孩子不舒服沒有去吃早飯 服務員幫忙拿吃的還要送上樓很熱情，十一住了三家酒店這家價格最優惠，早餐卻格外的豐富，早餐竟然有牛排，雖然沒吃👀牛肉湯是在洛陽這幾天吃的最好吃的推薦！

對酒店真的是100個贊，前台小姐姐們服務超級好，店內環境也很好，
衞生乾淨，設施也都比較齊全，早餐樣數豐富，還有自助牛排。臨走時小姐姐還送了洛陽特色的扇子。下次有機會還會選擇這裏呦。

房間衞生乾淨，沒有味道，服務人員非常熱情。早餐尤其棒，第一次見讓打包外帶的早餐。臨近高速，交通也十分便利，走的時候還給了一個扇子🪭，心情美美的。

酒店很新，面積也挺大的，衞生間有兩個手盆很方便。衞生也可以。入住當天是晚上從鄭州過來，前台非常熱情，心裏暖洋洋的。後期有個門衞大爺，折煞了熱情的前台，不讓停酒店側面第一個停車位，原因竟然是領導要來檢查，停那裡領導出行受影響，無語，酒店門前停車位有限，側面又在施工，附近兩個車位也怕施工剮蹭到，你又因為領導檢查不讓停已經停好的車位，也沒説看到酒店客人來提前出來引導停車，停好了冒出來了。門衞大爺折損這幾天客氣友好的服務。入住這幾天酒店側面施工的地方下午很吵。
需要改善的地方就是門衞大爺説話方式，增加可以選擇的枕頭，我是不太習慣睡羽絨枕，頸椎不好。酒店早餐因為是攜程訂單可以去領份牛排。
