This is a brand new hotel and far surpassed my expectations. The facility is beautiful and modern. All expected amenities were included. Gorgeous bathroom with tub and separate toilet and shower areas. Breakfast is an amazing buffet of western and Chinese food. My only complaint is that the toilet had a faint smell.

Great location for travelling to the grottoes. The pool was great for cooling down after the excursion. The staff was very welcoming and helpful: Aria helped us with the luggage, Dandan helped with organising transfer to Shaolin Temple, and Felix with Taxi for departure. We enjoyed our stay at Marriott Luoyang.

Definetly one of the best in the area. Room is big and clean and the service is what you would expect from marriot. Excellent stay. Room service is nice too!

Great location. Excellent service.
My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast. Might be how it’s organised but feels like the variety and options are limited versus other Marriott hotels.

Fantastic hotel, friendly hotel staff, rooms are spacious and well maintained.
A big shopping mall just beside the hotel, and lots of restaurants in the mall.

Service is excellent! Hotel room is spacious and clean and refreshments were provided during tea time. Hotel is super near Longmen train station and situated at the newer side of the city. Also walkable to a mega mall nearby.
