It's located about 1km away from the ancient town, still walkable but if you're feeling lazy, just grab a bike at the junction will do. Perhaps the only downside is that it's located inside a rather dark alley, especially when the night falls. Also, there's no lift in the building but the owner will help to carry if you have big luggage.

We had a lovely stay at this homestay and we would stay if we came to Luoyang again. The host was so friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and cosy. It was slightly hard to find the location, but in a good area close to bus stops and the ancient city.

The service was good and the owner speaks English which made my stay a lot more convenient. Location wise, the bus stop is minutes walk and the subway is less than 1 km from the homestay a and the owner also offered me a free ride to the subway on my first day. Though there was no elevator but the room was quite nice and clean. The bed was not too hard not too soft and very comfy for your rest. The place is awesome and highly recommended.

The room is conveniently located near the subway station. The room was very clean and comfortable for three days. The room was cleaned every day and the landlord was responsive. On the day of check-in, he recommended a lot of local delicacies to me. He also lent me a hiking pole for free when he knew I was going to Laojun Mountain. Very clean and comfortable. It's very quiet with the windows closed. Downstairs is a commercial street with food and drinks. It's close to the train station and places to visit. Orders are processed quickly. The boss is nice. The noodles at the door are delicious.
