Hello Hotel

I stayed in the fresh air king room 227. Let me first praise the hotel's facilities. They are smart and clean. I was originally very satisfied. When I checked in, I said that I wanted to rest and was afraid of noise. Then how come the sound insulation is so poor? I can clearly hear the sound from the TV upstairs. Why does the cleaning lady use the intercom without wearing headphones? Forget about the loudspeaker, the voices were so loud that I couldn't fall asleep for even a minute. There was also the clattering sound of a passing train... The soundproofing is so bad that I laughed out loud...

In the upgraded room, the overall hygiene in the room is really poor. When I opened the quilt, there were black scum on the sheets, hair was all over the wash basin, toothpaste, toothbrush and comb were not provided in time, and there were sticky things on the floor, including slippers. It was also very dirty. The cleaning lady changed the sheets and mopped the floor. Overall, it was not very good. There were very few types of breakfast.

The hotel's hygiene is very good, very clean and tidy, and it is especially friendly to people who love cleanliness. The hotel environment is fresh and the main noise is low. I am a light sleeper. The lady at the front desk specially arranged a quiet room. She considers the guests comprehensively. The service is very enthusiastic and efficient. I recommend it to the lady who loves cleanliness and tidiness.

Invincible noise! Very noisy! It's impossible to sleep at all as it's facing the street, and the car lifting in the repair shop downstairs is extremely noisy. The service is non-existent and the facilities are just so-so. I have never seen such a small washbasin in all the times I have stayed in hotels. The toilet in the bathroom has no toilet seat cover and no disinfectant wipes are provided. It is really bad! ! ! ! Freshly ground coffee: Not offered. Only American coffee was available after I asked. Didn't mention it again the next day. Souvenirs: The front desk is also very unserviceable and does not provide any souvenirs.

The room has no windows, only a room card, it is inconvenient to go up and down the elevator, the TV is broken, the family room only has two beds, and other facilities and services do not reflect the thoughtfulness of the family room for children
