入住交了100元按金，説退房時退回！早上八點退房時沒人在管理處，通知把門卡掉在管理處床上！
到現在又説找不到門卡，仍沒退回100元按金！
現向攜程途徑投訴詐騙！
事件背景
～收取按金説退房時退回，八點退房時管理處沒人接收門卡，依吩咐把門卡從管理處窗口放接待管理內的床上，下午五點當查詢按金為何仍未退回，負責人説找不到門卡所以沒退回按金！
投訴詐騙
～退房時沒負責人，囑咐放下門卡
～一句沒找到門卡便扣下按金100元
房間在6樓，因4樓有電競所以出入人很多！
民宿入口沒規格的接待處！
房間衞生和設備還可以！
整體上這是十年內經攜程訂的最差的民宿😓

優點：1，24年新裝修的，各種設施特別新潮，而且全屋智能家居，可以語音控制，挺高級的。2.給的家庭房，屋子很大，空間不小，而且床品布草也挺舒適的。3.管理員分白班晚班兩個人，晚上隔壁放電視聲音太大，十一點多了愣是被吵得睡不着，無奈找了管理員説了一下，確實很負責，直接上門去溝通了，然後終於可以安靜得睡覺了。管理方面我給滿分。4最大的優點是距離二裡頭博物館近，天氣允許甚至可以自己溜達過去。別的地方就得打車了，因為二裡頭博物館這裏沒有共享單車。缺點：1房間隔斷不太行，所以聲音穿透力比較大。2地址位於翟鎮，想去偃師的話沒有車不方便，去博物館就太方便了。3感覺鎮上的商店經營者並沒有意識到可以靠遊客買東西掙點錢，總體服務意識並不強，想買一些東西愛答不理的感覺，索性我就跑去萬達買了。總體還是很推薦的，尤其是自駕有車的。
