The staff here are exceptional — warm, attentive, and always a step ahead. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The service alone makes this hotel a standout. The room is very spacious and well equipped ! Location is amazing.just next to the luoyi ancient city ands streets full of food stalls and great restaurants. Highly recommended!

New hotel operating for only 1 year. Everything is quite good except that there are major road works around the hotel. The landscaping of the hotel need some upgrading too. I would give a 5 star if these things are improved.

房間很不錯。無論是內部環境還是房間都很棒，早餐的話在民宿裏算很不錯的了。如果説有一個缺點的話就是位置有點不好找。因為帶着孩子，從我下車開始，他們就幫我提行李，一直到進房間！萬分感謝

父母帶着小不點。臨時決定去洛陽逛一圈，選的這家酒店，入住以後真是不錯。因為自駕酒店有自己的車位。這個很好、房間的話也很不錯、乾淨有情調、還有浴缸，自己準備一次性浴缸套可以讓孩子玩耍。而且他們有庭院，孩子也可以安全的跑一跑。大人可以放空

臨時決定週末從鄭州來洛陽玩兩天，網上隨便找的仟那千尋酒店真的讓人眼前一亮！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，中式古風韻味就撲面而來，飛檐翹角、庭院小景，每一處都充滿詩意。房間佈置温馨舒適，細節之處盡顯品質。交通十分便捷，雖居於小巷，但停車設計巧妙，升降式車庫位於二樓平台，巧妙利用了空間。酒店服務也很貼心，工作人員熱情又專業。這次入住體驗絕佳，下次還來！
