入住這家酒店的體驗堪稱災難。先是首間房異味重，換房後洗澡又遇衞生間嚴重積水，前台處理敷衍，二次洗澡後積水更甚到無法進入。凌晨説給換房，明顯不合理，要求管理人員次日回覆，卻從早等到下午毫無音訊，衹能投訴攜程，服務意識極差。預訂的早餐8點半送房，45分仍未到，打電話到前台催促後才送到。硬件條件不足的情況下、前台經理處理更是敷衍、投訴不理、承諾失信，絕對不推薦！酒店給打八折的處理，不接受。攜程處理非常滿意，餘下費用攜程補足，房費退回。
