Cleanliness is really bad with stains all over the kettle bench. Towels are also not folded properly so very hard to believe the towels are clean. Only stairs to the rooms, with us having 3 big luggages. The hotel staff did offer to help to carry the luggages. The only plus side is the location with walking distance to Luoyang Longmen station.

All fine, budget hotel, except the bathroom smelt mouldy and was not entirely clean. The rest of the room was clean.

This hotel is really great! Convenient location, large floor-to-ceiling windows, clean and spacious rooms. The bedding is very comfortable, the hotel service is also very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, I stayed for many days in a row, it was really good
