所在位置交通便利，雖然是有一定時間的建築，但是房間內部讓人非常驚喜。硬件配備非常齊全，有洗衣機和晾衣架。老闆娘人非常nice。

房間很大，裏面設施比較齊，有廚房、冰箱、飲水機、洗衣機等，老闆娘很和善服務態度也很好，為我們辦了提前入住，我們主要是為看牡丹花而來，中國國花園和隋唐遺址植物園的中花品種正在盛花期，看不完的奼紫嫣紅，雍容華貴，真的是國色天香，美不勝收。

房間很温馨，物品都很齊全，房東姐姐很貼心，每天都有打掃衞生，環境好，交通很方便，出門就是地鐵和公交。

房間收拾的比較乾淨，熱水也足，老闆娘服務態度比較好，有提供一次性毛巾浴巾和馬桶墊，主要是距離王城公園地鐵站非常近，離1號2號線換乘的解放路站就一站比較方便，樓下就有一家老洛陽麪館，特別方便打卡。離西工小街也不遠，附近有一些商場，吃飯轉街還算方便。

很老的樓房，過道外很陰森的感覺，，門鎖也比較麻煩，先要一個密碼，開門上的黑盒子拿鑰匙，老闆娘也很陰陽，訂了房間後專門打電話給我，説，你訂好便宜哦，後面一陣冷笑，叫我早點辦入住，加了微信轉了一百塊按金給她，後面還發訊息給我，入住後鎖好房門，出門在外要小心，我都想報警了

房東姐姐很熱情。民宿位置很好，就在王城公園旁邊，距離一號線地鐵口站很近，去其它景點和高鐵站、火車站都很方便。
