整體乾淨整潔，一進大廳就香香的，還送酸梅湯。有很多很好的細節，枕頭是貼合脖子的、拖鞋是有厚度的、有小冰箱等等。設施都很新，電視還能投屏。酒店對面的牛肉湯也好喝。

前台小姐姐好客熱情，服務周到，有問必答、有求必應，還會主動的幫忙烘好衣物讓機器人送上來；房間大、安靜，衞生乾淨；交通方便，很容易就叫到車。

衞生條件欠佳，水龍頭一進來有明顯水漬，看着挺影響心情的，讓前台處理，説是清理服務員下班了，就不了了之了。

位置佳，臨近市區與美食街，出行方便。房間整潔安靜，設施齊全且新，服務熱情周到，早餐豐富多樣，停車也便利，下次還會選擇入住。

房間乾淨衞生，床鋪舒服，洗澡水量充足，酒店位置在洛陽西邊，去白馬寺、龍門石窟、應天門距離較遠。停車場面積較大，且有兩個充電位，對自駕車主比較友好。建議酒店在充電車位裝個充電專用標誌，免得油車佔位耽誤使用。

環境100分 服務100分設施100分早餐還可以點龍鱗路的牛肉湯外賣，小芳茶賣部的芋泥和多肉葡萄，下次來洛陽一定要定他們家

房間不大，但衞生間乾濕分區，設施裝修較新。服務人員比較友好且專業。酒店靠裏的房間面朝著一個大型公交場站，但噪音情況還好，關上窗幾乎沒啥聲音。附近有較多餐館，還有家老瀋陽麪館的分店，可以去品嚐洛陽水席。
