I booked Huazhu because I trust the brand and because of the floor heating. So I booked it even though it was more expensive than other B&Bs, but the stay was really bad. I gave you my only bad review in recent years. First of all, the floor heating was turned on, and the temperature in the room was 15 degrees. The floor was neither cold nor warm. I asked the front desk lady if it could be turned up higher. The lady said it was not adjustable. I said it was no different from not turning it on. The lady said look at the weather in Luoyang. It is not even 15 degrees when it is not turned on. So? I have to thank you for setting the floor heating to 15 degrees. This is the first time I have seen floor heating at 15 degrees. Thanks to the business for broadening my horizons. Secondly, there was a plush hat in the room after I checked in. It should have been left when I checked out. I wanted to send it to the front desk after dinner, but when I returned after dinner, the thing was gone. I wanted to say that if someone has already checked in, should you call me before entering the room? In this way, who can rest assured to stay in your house? Third, the sound insulation in the room is very, very poor. I could hear the voices outside clearly. I listened to the TV next door for half the night, the rumbling of the air conditioner on the outside wall for the whole night, and the sound of a passing car. If you don't sleep well, just give up. You will doubt your life if you stay here. Finally, I want to say that I have stayed in more than ten Huazhu hotels. This is the first time I doubt this brand. I feel that I will never choose this brand when staying in a B&B in the future.

Poor hygiene and poor environment

來洛陽最滿意的就是住宿啦，房間很乾凈，設施也挺新的，管家人也特別好，很貼心。重點是離景區也很近，附近也有很多好吃的，會再來洛陽，也會再來入住嗷。

跟朋友來洛陽玩，住宿還是挺超出預期的，雖然是淡季，但是管家大叔也很熱情，衞生也很好，很温馨，很有性價比了。洛陽好玩也好吃！下次有機會的話還會選擇。

真的真的真的超出我的預期，和圖片上幾乎是一摸一樣，真的很不錯，東西也很齊全，老闆也是非常好非常親切的一位阿姨，各項服務非常非常到位，自我感覺這個價位有這樣的體驗真的是非常讚的
