鼠標沒有清潔，黏糊糊。
馬桶有點堵塞，
所有東西都要錢，沒有水喝。
樓下停車還進不了停車場，
電腦設備很差，很卡，玩遊戲閃退
牙刷很容易斷，很差
服務態度也差
wifi也很差
體驗感真的很不好
第一次來洛陽旅遊，這酒店真的是旅遊的黑點

整體温馨舒適，服務很好，建議增加一些小童玩具親子房主要特點就是佈置了小帳篷和卡通圖案，其他與普通房區別不大
