Far from Longman train station but easily accessible by metro. By DiDi to Long man grotto at least half hr.
Room was very comfortable and so was the bed. Nothing to complain about. Staff was friendly. Will stay there again

房間乾淨整潔，洗澡熱水充足，有空調，地理位置很好，步行到洛陽站25分鐘，距應天門，九州池，洛邑古城等都很近，有公交地鐵，步行也可以，服務態度好。

設施：酒店主打性價比吧，衹有一台電梯，而且不需要刷卡都能進，沒那麼安全吧，而且人多的時候需要等電梯；
位置：離應天門不遠也不近，需要騎單車or電動車，走路有點遠；離洛陽站滴滴10分鐘，坐車倒是很方便；酒店前邊幾百米有一家南關小碗牛肉湯，可以去打卡一下

耳機早上放床上，晚上回去就不見了。反應到前台，也是一直在推卸責任。第二天，我自己詢問打掃阿姨，是不是她昨天幫我打掃的房間，她説“是”，但當我詢問我耳機幫我放在哪裡了，又説不是她打掃的。我衹是説有沒有可能是阿姨打掃衞生時，不小心碰掉了。前台話裏話外的意思都是説我冤枉他們，回答我的衹有三個字“沒看見”，態度也不好。説是幫我上報領導，連領導的影子都沒看到，甚至連幫我打掃房間的阿姨是誰都不知道。我説可以讓領導加一下我微信，找到可以聯繫我（也沒加）。到我退房為止，已經四天了，沒有任何迴應。

我們是一路從青島旅遊過來的，住了好幾天酒店，沒有比這更差勁的居住體驗了，電視看不了，説維修師傅下班了，車讓停在旁邊銀行門口，説不影響銀行，誰知道早上七點銀行就給我打電話讓我挪車，真是夠夠了，以後再也不會去如家酒店了
