The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

This hotel is worth recommending to everyone. Service: All the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. Although the front desk is very busy, the staff Chen Xiaozhe is still very patient to introduce the hotel facilities. After understanding my needs, he took the initiative to help me upgrade the room. The favorability is directly full. Environment: I came to Luoyang to play and stay in the hotel during the Spring Festival. The hotel has a strong Spring Festival atmosphere. The restaurant's business hours are also reasonably arranged, and the breakfast is very rich. There are welcome fruits and milk. Facilities: Clean and tidy, and the stay is particularly comfortable. The hotel has convenient transportation and is very close to the high-speed rail station. It is a good choice for weekends or weekdays to relax and relax.

This is really a hotel worthy of praise and recommendation. In addition to some regular services, it also provides free pick-up and drop-off stations. The service of this hotel is not just to solve the problems or requests you raise, but also to take the initiative to pay attention to what needs the guests may have. Seeing that you are wearing glasses, they will give you a lens cloth. Seeing that you like to make tea in the room, they will give you 2L of Yibao. When you are having breakfast and find that you don’t have anything to drink, they will come over and ask you if you want something to drink and then bring it to you. After checking in, they will put your ID card in a card holder and hand it to you. This hotel is really attentive to the details of the service. I have stayed in many mid- to high-end hotels, and Christine is the first one with such attentive service. The dust cover of their wine glasses says ”Specialized perfection, almost demanding”. They really do this. I am very glad that I chose Christine among so many hotels in Luoyang. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will still choose here!

The room was perfect, reception was friendly and helpful, the boy in the lobby was my life saver, he did help me with the deliveries while the APP was full of Chinese which is a totally disaster for me. Great hotel anyways, definitely will come back in the future!

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The transfer station of Metro Line 1 and Line 2 is the entrance of the hotel. It is a distance away from the most lively Yingtianmen and Lijingmen. It is quiet in the bustling city. Because the train came, the hotel allowed check-in at 8 o'clock in the morning, which is very appreciated. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the sour plum soup in the lobby downstairs is very delicious. However, the hotel facilities are indeed a bit old, but at this price, you can't ask for too much.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

Old-fashioned hotel, very close to Wangcheng Park, convenient for viewing peonies. Service is good, breakfast is OK, transportation is convenient, parking is convenient, elevator is fast and quiet. But the hotel's soft furnishings are too old, and the look is not good. I hope to change the carpets and other fabrics. The colors look earthy and old. Peony is so beautiful, the king of flowers, and the imitation peony decoration is too old.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.
