酒店位於天堂寨景區內，海拔800多米，四周被羣山圍繞，空氣清新，環境寧靜，鳥語花香，非常適合天熱度假的放鬆慢生活，酒店內有桌球和乒乓球室、小童樂園等設施還比較齊全，唯一不足是酒店自身餐飲（中、晚餐）提供不完善，且周邊優質吃飯餐廳缺失，不得不跑到鳩茲古鎮上去吃飯（開車25分鐘）。備註：天堂寨景區內餐廳味道都不行（本人按還是去了評分高的天堂寨吊鍋城和欣欣土菜館），建議品嚐一下鳩茲古鎮的勝利吊鍋。

房間很大，床很舒服，窗外就是大山，鳥語花香，森林氧吧，在這裏可以大口呼吸，哪裡都不用去，就在度假村裡待上兩天，就是極大的滿足了！

酒店衞生真的有待加強，主要是衞生間洗手枱的位置，已經有黑污，畢竟價格擺在那。
酒店自助早餐味道一般，但是各個品種應有盡有
酒店服務很好，因為天熱有提前打電話給前台讓她幫忙先開空調，所以進去之後很涼快

去酒店沿途的風景不錯，位置也很好找，到達酒店周圍環境不錯，服務工作人員熱情，服務態度好，因為是錯峯出行，酒店人不多，正好符合我們喜歡安靜的要求，給予好評！

就在天堂寨景區裏面，但是去門票的大門那裡開車要十分鐘，酒店比較涼快，也有小孩子玩的地方，但是吃飯啥的不方便，總體還可以吧，早餐很一般，有點潮濕和黴味

深山裡的一個酒店，出行沒有車的話不是很方便，都得靠走，酒店乾淨衞生，早餐比較一般，全五分都因為這個阿姨，當天很晚入住，阿姨一路帶我去房間，有一段路沒有電梯，阿姨幫我拎箱子，非常感動，這裏的人真的都非常質樸

酒店已經算是羅田最豪華的酒店了，建在山野間，酒店空調效果好，洗浴設施也不錯，非常適合療養及家庭親子行，酒店還有林間小道可以散步，蒲居這邊的阿姨非常好，為人熱情周到，體驗感不錯。
