The environment and design of the hotel are amazing. It's very comfortable to take a walk and set off small fireworks at night! But the hygiene is really bad! ! ! This is not the level of hygiene expected for a 1,200 priced hotel. I can tolerate breakfast consisting mostly of hard, pre-made pasta, since it doesn't matter whether I eat it or not. But hygiene really affects the experience. There are obvious water stains on the bathroom glass, dust on the speakers at the head of the bed, and the sofa in the room looks dirty... If the boss can improve the hygiene standards, I will come again next time.

Quite disappointed. The hardware is good. The business is worrying. Cherish what you have at the moment. 1. The house itself and the environment are nice. There is nothing else. There is no restaurant. There are no other facilities. (Maybe there was, the front desk didn't tell me anything) There wasn't even an extra stool in the room. 2. It basically means there is no sense of service. You have to contact the front desk by phone (I called in the middle of the night to ask if there was any medicine but no one answered). The waiters basically deliver food and other things by banging on the door and yelling, otherwise you can't hear them. The key is that you have to answer the door even if you don't want to. They can't hear me either...Don't park if there's a parking space. It took a long detour to get to the room. Later, I insisted and was allowed to park in a nearby seat. It feels like it's for their convenience, not for the guests' convenience. 3. The hygiene is definitely the worst in the same price range. There are obvious long-term stains in the corners and other places. When I checked in, there was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floor and several sticky things on the bed sheets. The toilet lid was covered and there were stains on the seat. The person who came to clean the place later only brought a rag. No disinfection measures... 4. No choice for breakfast, very average, very average, very average. kindness. Mainly the first three points are unbearable. It can be said that I just spent money to buy a nice house to live in.

The price/performance ratio is not high, there is almost no service, the breakfast is too lame, and the hotel outsources it to an individual business owner; the hot spring in the small courtyard is ok, and the environment is also ok. Suitable for people who do not pursue cost-effectiveness and do not care about service details.

Let me mention two shortcomings: 1. Although the air conditioner and floor heating were turned on in advance, they were slow to take effect and not very warm. 2. Due to municipal regulations, hot spring water is only available from 3pm to 12am. Therefore, although we enjoyed the private hot spring very comfortably at night, our expectations for the next morning were dashed. For private hot spring lovers like us, we cannot enjoy two baths with this kind of room rate, which really means we cannot satisfy our craving. Although I understand the difficulty, I still feel regretful. There are many restaurants on a nearby street that serve Luotian specialty hanging pot. I picked one blindly and the experience was very good! The proprietress keeps the place neat, presentable and friendly. The hanging pot is generous in portion and tastes great! We ate there the night before and at noon the next day. The name of the restaurant is "Xinrong Hanging Pot Restaurant".
